Tom Loughlin
Tom Loughlin is a professor of Theatre Arts/Acting at the State University of New York at Fredonia, which is located about 50 miles SW of Buffalo NY, and is as far west in the state as you can get. He has been his current position since 1988. He also works as a professional actor in the city of Buffalo NY, and has toured with the American Shakespeare Center. Born in New York City, he has spent his adult life as a teacher of acting mixed with whatever acting opportunities he could get. He and his wife have raised three children, the youngest of which thinks he wants to become an actor (the sins of the father…). He has a particular expertise in Shakespearean performance, a passion for baseball, and an abiding interest in computer technology. He also writes the blog A Poor Player.
